ULTRA RARE COLECO Planet of the Apes PLAYHOUSE NMIB Possibly UNUSED!!

I've decided to clear some of my Spare Planet of the Apes toys I have collected over the past 35 years.  Please watch my auctions in the near future as I will be adding several hard-to-find NM items.  Offered here is a RARE Planet of the Apes PLAYHOUSE issued by COLECO around 1974. This is essentially are large playhouse made of heavy cardboard designed for children 3 - 4 years old.  This toy is rarely offered on Ebay.
The cardboard pieces are for the most part in excellent condition considering they are 45 years old.  There are some creases in some tabs and edgewear on some edges.  I can't photo everything in 12 photos.  Suffice it to say the set is very nice but not perfect.  I am not sure if this has ever been assembled.  The steel pins used to help hold it together are still SEALED in their bag.  The set is complete with all panels, sealed pins, instructions and original box. Box shows signs of moister at bottom and extreme top but I do not see any obvious moisture damage to the playhouse pieces.   Please check photos for toy description and flaws.
If you want to start with the best, this is the one for you!  Item will be well packaged.  Its not perfect but its very nice.  Very tough piece to find in any condition.  Please check out my other auctions.  Buyer pays shipping.  Good Luck Bidding!
