This is a very rare - probably one of a kind -  Parker "45" Bill Signer Pen Error Box -  and pen from the Presidency of Richard M. Nixon. The pen which has no errors is blue with the top being silver in color. It comes in a white, brass trimmed, presentation box stamped with the Presidential Seal
upside-down
and President Nixon's facsimile signature in gold which is
right
side-up
. This type pen is of the same type that was often used as a gift item given by the President to close friends and visiting VIPs and as his bill signer.
The pen has never been used - felt tip ink cartridge has been removed due to age and and to prevent leakage.  Rollerball refills are available upon request or at your local office supply store.
