This is a very rare official President Jimmy Carter
bill signer pen. The bill signers are the most sought out of all of President Carter pens. It comes in it's original green presentation box with both the Presidential Seal and President Carter's facsimile signature on the box. Pen carries the President's signature and the wording "The White House".
The pen is President Carter green with silver cap. Carter favorite color was green and he was famous for having most of his very few presidential giveaway items done in green, including the only green presidential bill signer. Pen has ink stain at bottom of barrel. Please see last photo.
Parker has a long history with the White House for making more official bill signers and presidential gift pens than any other company.
