Description

Custom printed circuit boards designed for the crossover of the Overnight Sensation DIY speaker design by Paul Carmody.
The boards measure 3" x 5" and feature large solder pads and copper traces for great electrical connectivity
Note photos of fully assembled crossovers are for reference only.

2x Crossover PCBs for the Overnight Sensations speaker design.
6x Terminal blocks which accept up to 12 gauge wire.
8x Snap in PCB standoffs.
8x Mounting screws (screw finish may vary).

C1 - 1.5uF - Dayton Audio DMPC-1.5
C2 - 2.2uF - Dayton Audio DMPC-2.2
C3 - 0.22uF - Dayton Audio DMPC-0.22
C4 - 6.8uF - Dayton Audio DMPC-6.8 -or- Parts Express 6.8uF 100V Electrolytic Non-Polarized Crossover Capacitor
L1 - 0.35mH - Jantzen Audio 0.35mH 20 AWG Air Core
L2 - 1.1mH -  Jantzen Audio 1.1mH 18 AWG Air Core
R1 - 6 Ohm - Dayton Audio DNR-6.0
R2 - 10 Ohm - Dayton Audio DNR-10
Assembly:
Glue components to the correct positions on the board (hot melt glue works great). Secure inductors with non metallic cable ties. Solder components leads to the pads on the bottom of the board. Attach wires from input and drivers and mount crossover board.
