    Description

    Custom printed circuit boards designed for the crossover of the Blast Box DIY
    Bluetooth
    speaker kit sold by Parts Express.
    Take the guesswork out of crossover assembly, these boards make the assembly process quick and straightforward.
    The boards measure 4.25" x 3.25" and feature large solder pads and copper traces for great electrical connectivity
    Note photos of fully assembled crossovers are for reference only.
    Includes:
    2x Crossover PCBs for the Blast Box speaker kit (one each for the left and right channel).
    6x Terminal blocks which accept up to 12 gauge wire.
    8x Snap in PCB standoffs.
    8x Mounting screws (screw finish may vary).
    Requires:
    Crossover components from the Blast Box kit.
    Compatible components tested for fit on this PCB:
    C1 & C3 - 3.3uF - Dayton Audio DMPC-3.3
    C2 - 1.5uF - Dayton Audio DMPC-1.5
    L1 - 0.10mH - Dayton Audio 0.10mH 20 AWG Air Core Inductor
    L2 - 1.0mH -  Dayton Audio 1.0mH 20 AWG Air Core Inductor
    R1 - 8 Ohm - Dayton Audio DNR-8.0
    Assembly:
    Glue components to the correct positions on the board (hot melt glue works great). Secure inductors with non metallic cable ties. Solder components leads to the pads on the bottom of the board. Attach wires from input and drivers and mount crossover board.
