Mego 1974 Tree house Gift Set with 4 figures- Dr. Zaius, Zera (Zira), Cornelius, Soldier Ape, and Astronaut. The tree house pieces are mint in sealed packages. Box has some very minor wear (one side of flap is missing from side of box).   The 5 POTA action figures come in their original plastic wrapping. Direction/assembly sheet is there with some yellowing from age and a couple of tears in it. See numerous photos for all pieces in the complete set.
The item is brand new and has the original .99 price sticker on it. Go back to 1974 with this rare and hard to find set.  Will make a superb addition to your ape collection. Sold as is. GO APE and happy bidding.
