In good condition, does have slight piling throughout. Has adorable puff sleeves with elastic ends. Subject to stitching flaws due to being homemade. Measurements are taken laid flat and unstretched. So I have a mens top that matches this too, I can't tell if this floral fabric is supposed to look like this or if there are runs in it. Does have slight piling on the floral fabric. Similar dress and mens top available in my shop. Has adorable puff sleeves with elastic ends.
