    Description

    Bidding on a vintage 1928 or 1932 Herbert Hoover License Plate Topper, made by Bright Boss Sign Co. The embossed HOOVER plate is red & black, with gold lettering, and measures 13.5" x 3.75". The HOOVER plate is in very good to excellent condition. There is some very minor paint loss on edges ( see last 2 photos)
